TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATION 

OBJECTIVE:

                 *The main objective of the competition that the participants has to keep in mind while preparing is to develop and present a holistic style of approach which is able to motivate his/her audience.

                 *The participant selects a topic from the given list collects information and presents a content filled and a desired information.

COMPETITION RULES:

1.Maximum number of participants in team be 3.             

2.It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one  particular topic that is mentioned below.
3.The teams will get 10 Minutes for presentation followed by question and answer session (query session).
4.Participants from different departments can be a part of the same team. And teams can be as many as possible from the same college (or) Department.
5.Please do bring your power point presentation(PPT) on a CD and on a pen drive.

 JUDGING CRITERIA:                

1.Collection of basic data and correlation of data collected from different sources.        

2.Clarity of artwork (slides,charts, graphs) Originality and Creativity of presenter in presenting ,enhances his/her individual scores.
3. Proper organisation and delivery of the logical ideas and content that is entirely based on the selected topic.
4.Visual aids and technical aspects also enhances their scores ,as it must be well constructed ,easy to interpret and must be used effectively.
5.Good communication skills and stage presence also is mandatory and will also be taken under consideration.

6.The judging criteria looks for the ability to stimulate and answer interesting questions ,not only to clarify the technical aspects of the work.
